After being given the run-around by SO MANY DENTISTS…THIS office FINALLY was able to extract my back tooth that had been causing me SO MUCH pain—I have severe anxiety & generally am mortified anytime I go to a dentist… and I already know I’m going to be a bit difficult before even going in which is embarrassing to say the least..these are AMAZING PEOPLE at this office.. the dentist (I believe Dr. Simpson was the name) showed me EXACTLY what was being done in great detail before my procedure & explained everything in a way I could understand instead of all the “medical jargon”.. they were SO PATIENT with me (and my anxiety lol) & gave me TEN-star service..the entire procedure was SO quick I couldn’t believe it… I will 100% be back for any other dental procedures in the future. I called in the day prior due to extreme tooth pain on the right side of my mouth, and I knew my tooth was in really bad shape due to my own neglect. My work circumstances were also bad; barely allowing me to take today off, and so I knew if I needed any procedures it would need to be same day.Dr. Dinh, Natasha, and all the other staff there were amazing. I feel bad that I don't remember everyone's names and especially the lady who helped me with the financial part, but they were all super helpful.In the end I was able to get a root canal same day, and I was able to afford everything despite not having much money to my name. I was given explanations for everything and everyone was friendly and helpful. I ended up leaving without the excruciating pain I had gone in with and all on the same day. I can't recommend this practice more, if you need immediate or even regular dental help, this is the place.
